What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia for most items. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available for urgent orders. Bulky items like digital pianos or drum kits may require a custom freight quote.
Do you offer a warranty on musical instruments?
Yes, all new instruments and equipment come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Turramurra Music provides a standard 12-month warranty on most items to ensure your gear stays in peak performing condition.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days for a store credit or exchange, provided the item is in original, unopened condition. Please note that software and in-ear monitors are excluded for hygiene and licensing reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer flexible financing options through Zip Money and Afterpay for eligible purchases.
Are instruments set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Our in-house technicians inspect and perform a basic setup on all guitars and stringed instruments before they leave our store to ensure they are playable and free of defects right out of the box.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order from our Turramurra showroom. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.
