Greer Amps Mizuki Blue

Mizuki Blue is a dual-JFET overdrive pedal designed to replicate the feel and dynamics of two cascading tube gain stages. JFET transistors were created to emulate the warm, responsive character of tubes in a solid-state format, and Mizuki Blue puts them to work—one stage driving the other into rich, chewy overdrive. From fat vintage grunt to a clear, musical boost, this circuit covers a wide tonal spectrum. The simple three-knob layout makes it easy to dial in tones for everything from jazz and country to classic and hard rock. It stacks beautifully with other drives, adding depth, complexity, and harmonic richness to your sound.

Mizuki Blue isn’t just another gain stage—it’s a tone-shaping weapon. Kick it in front of your favorite drive for searing saturation, drop it behind for a powerful boost, or let it stand alone into your amp for raw grit and rich texture. We’ve even pushed it straight into recording interfaces to capture wild, blown-out character and fuzz-like tones that cut through any mix.

Mizuki Blue runs off of a standard 9 volt power supply with a negative center pin, and can be ran up to 18 volts for more headroom and output volume.

***Mizuki Blue has trim pots inside, they set the bias of the JFETs  they should NOT be adjusted, as doing so will cause the pedal to cease working or function improperly. You have been warned.

Key Features:

  • Dual JFET transistors
  • Warm tube-style tone
  • Can be powered by 9 to 18 volts
  • 5 year warranty to the original owner
